Water Recycling

Fine pore recirculating filtration provides an effective polishing stage. This is particularly effective for nitrification and denitrification and the removal of pathogens. The stage is typically applied where treated effluent is to be used for toilet flushing or domestic or commercial recycle. The number of cycles and volume per dose can be adjusted by the operator, allowing efficient accommodation of phases and fluctuations in the influent flow.
Fertigation
Fertigation provides cost effective means of discharging treated effluent. This allows the maximum benefit to be attained from the recycled water and the residual nutrients it contains. We recommend a drip irrigation system since this is the most efficient form of irrigation.
Disinfection
Disinfection is normally conducted through UV treatment. This final treatment stage is applied where recycled water is to be used in areas with public access. For example to irrigate landscape features in a park.
